Hospitality Team

The hospitality team brings Sunday morning snacks and is responsible for the following:

SETTING UP HOSPITALITY TABLE

Put your snacks out. (Around 10:00 a.m.)

Put out clean coffee cups, sweet n low, Splenda, creamer, sugar etc.

Put out empty tray for dirty cups

Put out punch or juice (not communion) and cups for kids

Put out pitcher of ice and water

Make sure coffee carafes stay full until beginning of 10:00 service.

(Instructions for making coffee are posted by the coffee maker.)

CLEANING UP AFTER SERVICE

After service is over, clean center table off and move everything back into the kitchen

Empty coffee dispensers and wash, leave open to dry

Load all the cups and coffee pots in the dishwasher and turn on

Dispose of any leftover food unless you want to take it home

Wipe down the center table, the coffee maker and table

Please leave the kitchen sink empty
